When will my order ship?

Standard in-stock orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the specific product page.

How do you package vinyl records to prevent damage?

We take great care in our packaging. All records are shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced mailers with bubble wrap and extra padding to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

What is your return policy for defective items?

If you receive a damaged or defective record, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they have not yet entered the shipping process. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.

Are your vinyl releases limited editions?

Most Waxwork Records releases are limited edition pressings. Once a specific color variant or deluxe packaging style sells out, it may not be repressed in the same format.
