Waxwork Records is committed to providing high-quality vinyl and merchandise; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, sealed condition. Please note that opened media and limited edition pressings may only be eligible for return if a manufacturing defect is present.

Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the items in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure the vinyl records do not sustain damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our warehouse facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

Inspection and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items for condition and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
